1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "pkrbte," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the pkrbte online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at pkrbte.net and any associated mobile applications or services operated under the pkrbte brand.
• "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the pkrbte platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means a registered pkrbte user account created in accordance with Section 4 of these Terms.
• "Services" means all gaming, sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, card games, and ancillary services made available through the pkrbte platform.
• "Balance" means the total amount of PKR funds held in a User's Account at any given time, including any eligible bonus funds subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures carried out by pkrbte in accordance with Section 5 of these Terms.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or matching funds granted to a User by pkrbte subject to specific wagering requirements and promotional terms.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the sole currency accepted and processed on the pkrbte platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the pkrbte platform, creating an Account, or using any of the Services in any manner, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pkrbte.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the pkrbte platform and, if applicable, close your Account by contacting our support team.

These Terms should be read together with the pkrbte Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this agreement and form part of the binding legal framework governing your use of the platform.

3 Eligibility

Access to and use of the pkrbte platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the lifetime of your Account:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. pkrbte does not permit any individual below the age of 21 to register, access, or use any of its Services under any circumstances.
2. You must be a natural person — corporate or institutional registrations are not permitted.
3. You must not be a current employee, director, officer, or agent of pkrbte, nor an immediate family member of any such individual.
4. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
5. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement or cooling-off period currently active on the pkrbte platform.
6. You must access the platform from a jurisdiction in which use of online gaming and sports betting platforms is not expressly prohibited by applicable law.

4 Account Registration

To access the full range of pkrbte Services, you must create a registered Account. The following conditions govern the registration and maintenance of your Account:

• Each individual is permitted to hold only one active Account on pkrbte. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid email address, and a working Pakistani mobile number.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party.
• pkrbte is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your Account credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account using your login credentials will be attributed to you.
• You must notify pkrbte support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• pkrbte reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed.

Account registration on pkrbte is free of charge. pkrbte does not charge any fee for opening or maintaining a standard user Account.

5 KYC and Identity Verification

pkrbte operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Identity verification is a core component of pkrbte's commitment to security, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming compliance.

The following rules apply to KYC and identity verification on the pkrbte platform:

• Full withdrawal functionality is conditional upon successful completion of KYC verification using a valid Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC).
• pkrbte may request additional supporting documents at any stage, including proof of address, source of funds declarations, or supplementary identification documents, at the platform's sole discretion.
• All documents submitted for KYC purposes must be genuine, unaltered, and clearly legible. Submission of fraudulent or doctored documents constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• pkrbte will process KYC submissions within a reasonable timeframe. During the verification period, deposit functionality remains available but withdrawals are held pending successful verification.
• Information collected during KYC is processed in accordance with the pkrbte Privacy Policy.

6 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the pkrbte platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• pkrbte accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. Supported payment channels may be updated at pkrbte's discretion; the current list of accepted methods is displayed on the deposits page within your Account.
• Deposits made through verified payment channels are credited to your Account promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. pkrbte is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification requirements. pkrbte may request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the Account cashier section. These limits may be adjusted from time to time at pkrbte's discretion.
• pkrbte does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which pkrbte bears no responsibility.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud, or compliance with applicable legal obligations.
• Funds deposited on pkrbte are intended solely for the purpose of gaming and betting on the platform. pkrbte accounts must not be used as general-purpose financial accounts or for money storage unrelated to platform activity.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the pkrbte platform. Specific rules applicable to individual games or betting markets are published within the relevant game or market interface.

• All bets and wagers placed on pkrbte are final once confirmed. pkrbte does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse confirmed bets except where an obvious technical error has occurred, as determined at pkrbte's sole discretion.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects the outcome or settlement of a bet or game, pkrbte reserves the right to void the relevant bet and return the staked amount to the User's Account Balance.
• pkrbte employs certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable casino and slot game outcomes. The integrity and fairness of RNG-based outcomes are independently verified.
• Cricket betting markets — including PSL, international Test series, T20 tournaments, and ICC events — are subject to specific betting rules published within the Sports Betting section of the platform. In-play betting is governed by real-time data feeds; pkrbte is not liable for betting decisions made on the basis of delayed information.
• Odds are displayed in the format selected within your Account settings. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the binding odds for that wager.
• Any attempt to exploit software errors, game vulnerabilities, or pricing inefficiencies constitutes a breach of these Terms. pkrbte reserves the right to void bets and close Accounts where such exploitation is suspected or confirmed.

8 Bonuses and Promotions

pkrbte offers promotional bonuses, free bets, and other incentive schemes to eligible users from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of each promotion:

• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering multiplier and eligible games for each bonus are stated in the relevant promotional terms.
• Only one bonus may be active on a User Account at any given time unless otherwise specified in the promotional terms.
• Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available to new Users only and may be claimed once per individual, household, IP address, or device.
• pkrbte reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such amendment does not prejudice the rights of users who have already claimed and are actively using the relevant bonus.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the creation of multiple Accounts to claim promotions, use of third-party funds to meet deposit requirements, or collusion with other users to accumulate bonus entitlements, will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• Bonus Funds do not carry monetary value outside of the pkrbte platform and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for real currency or items of value.

9 Responsible Gaming

pkrbte is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe gaming environment for all adult users. The following provisions form part of pkrbte's binding responsible gaming obligations:

• Deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools are available to all Users from within the Account dashboard. pkrbte encourages all users to make use of these tools proactively.
• A User who has activated a self-exclusion on the pkrbte platform is strictly prohibited from attempting to re-register or access the platform using alternative personal details during the active exclusion period. Any Account created in breach of a self-exclusion will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.
• pkrbte will not use direct marketing communications to re-engage Users who have activated a self-exclusion or cooling-off period.
• Users may request a permanent account closure at any time by contacting pkrbte customer support. Such requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkrbte platform. Any breach of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Accessing or attempting to access the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Creating or operating more than one Account, or assisting any other person in doing so.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access games, or interact with the platform in any manner not expressly authorised by pkrbte.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of corrupt betting activity in connection with any sports event or game outcome available on pkrbte.
• Attempting to circumvent security measures, exploit software vulnerabilities, or interfere with the normal operation of the platform.
• Using the pkrbte platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at pkrbte staff, support agents, or other users.

11 Intellectual Property

All content, software, design elements, trademarks, logos, game assets, text, graphics, and data available on or through the pkrbte platform are the exclusive intellectual property of pkrbte or its licensed content providers, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pkrbte platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any content from the pkrbte platform.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used in the operation of pkrbte.
• Create derivative works based on pkrbte content or branding.
• Use pkrbte trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of pkrbte intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal proceedings.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkrbte's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pkrbte shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

pkrbte does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events may result in temporary service unavailability. pkrbte will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where reasonably practicable.

13 Amendments to These Terms

pkrbte reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material in nature, pkrbte will provide reasonable notice to registered Users via email or an in-platform notification prior to the amendments taking effect.

For minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates required to reflect changes in applicable law — pkrbte may update these Terms without prior notice. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the pkrbte platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your Account.

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. pkrbte operates its platform for the entertainment of adult users and makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or available for use in any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of pkrbte complies with all laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction. pkrbte does not provide legal advice and nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice to any User.
